Research and Development
Whether developing a new film structure or making improvements in an
existing one, our experienced team is fully capable of developing the
proper film structure to match the requirements of the application.
Creative
Design
CTI has an experienced staff available to create new artwork or to revise
existing artwork. They work with the newest technologies available in
graphic arts. They are also able to process customer supplied artwork
from disc.
Film/Plates
Whether customer supplied or developed by CTI's Creative Staff, the
approved artwork can then be processed info films, and finally photopolymer
printing plates. Being vertically integrated, CTI is able to save the
customer time and money through these in-house services.
Flexographic
Printing
State of the art 8 and 6 color printing presses are available for surface or reverse printing of roll stock. CTI utilizes the latest in water-based computerized ink technology while producing both employee and environmentally responsible products.

Film
Lamination/Extrusion
CTI has invested in a state-of-the-art Egan Millennium Lamination Line capable of both extrusion coating and extrusion lamination. CTI has recently added a new solventless laminator. We are experienced with a variety of film structures such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene as well as foil.

Slitting/Rewinding
The final specifications are achieved through this process. All of the final requirements from web width to the proper unwind are completed during the slitting and rewinding process. CTI also offers custom-slitting utilizing computerized slitting equipment.
